A 12-YEAR-OLD boy was hospitalised and now fears for his life after allegedly being bashed by six youths at a Blue Light Disco.
Please explain
SO can someone please explain to me how, at an alleged “police- run Blue Light Disco” this can happen? Seriously, the expectation would rightly be that this would be a safe place to leave your kids. So where is the supervision? Where is the protection for our children? What else is going on at these events that we might not be hearing about?

Horrified, sickened
I AM horrified and sickened at what I have just read. I drop my 13-year-old girl off at Blue Light Discos on occasions and I am under the assumption that these are controlled by police and adults and that no harm can come to our children. How wrong can you be?

Change attitudes
THE problem with bullies is this – they just won’t get it until a bigger kid picks on them
